Donald L. “Don” Yoder

DONALD L. (DON) YODER, Goshen High School, Coach

* Two-year letterwinner in football, basketball and track and field

* Football – team captain in senior year, honorable mention All-State in basketball

* Basketball – first team All-Sectional in senior year

* In 1942, became head football coach and coached until 1959 with a 69-61-12 record

* Three Goshen players – Stormy Pfohl, Stan Lewallen and Jim Yoder – earned Northern Indiana High School Conference MVP honors

* College – attended Indiana University, earning three letters in football and one in basketball
